Small update for the bandwidth checker application

We have just updated the free bandwidth checker application with native server side files for Red5 version 0.8. We’ve tested with 0.8 Rc1, 0.8 Rc2 and the latest available Red5 revision (3639).
Previously, to install the bandwidth checker on Red5 0.8 you had to edit some configuration files and remove/add some code.
The application is also compatible with FMS 1.5, 2, 3 and 3.5 .
